After 14 years as a consultant for University Hospitals Sussex, based at hospitals in Brighton and Haywards Heath and 10 years as clinical lead, I have now reduced my NHS commitment to my specialist hair and scalp clinics, research and medical school commitments. I still operate in the day surgery unit at Brighton General Hospital for more complex head and neck skin cancers and I link in with the NHS local skin cancer multidisciplinary team.
